Working With Cardinal

Every project begins by evaluating what you want people to understand, notice, or feel. 

We’ll talk through the audience, intended use, important features, and what makes the place, event, or project worth experiencing.

This phase is always free and generally takes around one hour.

Together, we’ll translate your goals into a visual approach.

This begins by walking through the space, mapping key areas and features, and scheduling the capture that will best communicate what matters.

Planning timelines vary based on the scope of the project, the deliverables needed, and the complexity of the airspace around the location.

At this stage, I collect a $50 booking deposit, which is applied to the final invoice.

Using the planned approach, I’ll capture the moments we came for while leaving room for opportunities that only become apparent once we’re in the space. 

The magic often comes from unpredictable circumstances, unexpected activity, and nature’s changing filters.

Most captures can be completed within 1–2 hours. Larger projects, or projects that depend on different conditions, activities, or times of day, may require multiple scheduled capture sessions.

The strongest moments are brought together into a finished experience. Movement, pacing, sound, color, and transitions are shaped around the original goal so the finished piece feels intentional rather than assembled.

Every project includes basic trimming, color grading, and organized file delivery at no additional charge.

Depending on the depth of editing requested, final delivery typically takes 1–5 business days. Larger productions or more complex edits may follow a longer timeline, which we’ll establish during planning.

For projects requiring review, a watermarked proof may be provided before final delivery so any agreed revisions can be completed.

Deliverables are shared through a cloud folder, ready for their planned use, along with any agreed-upon supporting clips or assets.

The goal is not simply to make something worth watching, but something useful to you as soon as the project is complete.

Once the project is approved, a final invoice will be sent with the $50 booking deposit applied.

Final, unwatermarked deliverables are released once payment is received. Payment can be made by cash, card, or check.
